Want to have a gala of your own that’s described like this?
It’s being called the best gala ever… until next year when we bring the house down with an even more elaborate spectacle designed and orchestrated with Wayne Foster!!!
Without question, we would love to have you back to our Juvenile Diabetes Gala! Simply an unforgettable evening as every table buzzed with excitement while your troop of gorgeous, talented performers connected with our entire audience. Thank you for knowing how to make our evening so extraordinary and successful. Holding firm to how we believed the night should go proved to be the right thing to do. Our challenge of inspiring others to believe when they had not seen was well worth it.
Thank you Wayne from the bottom of our hearts!”
After such an action packed season performing over the holidays, we are gearing up and ready for the new spring season of weddings, parties, and galas taking place.
Looking for ways to have a party like the one described by the client above? There’s a few tips we have up our sleeves to help you out!
1) Location, Location, Location –
We have a list of excellent venues in the Southern California area, and can help you pick a fantastic venue anywhere in the US (or even abroad)! The venue sets the backdrop for your event, and can help set the tone of how your celebration proceeds as well. Outdoors, rooftop, surrounded by decadence or with history around you – select the venue that feels right and has the features you’re looking for in your event. Not sure how to find what you need? Don’t worry, we can help you – just scroll down to the contact form below.
2) Creative Party Favors –
While a popular tactic for holiday parties, providing your guests with unique and memorable party favors will provide a concrete item for guests to remember your party by. From sunglasses to fish to glassware or knives, party favors aren’t just for weddings or holidays. You can provide goofy hats, masks, feather boas, or other fun accessories to keep guests laughing.
3) Decide on a Theme –
Themes can be as simple as just a color scheme, or as elaborate as a Great Gatsby wedding (see a blog post about this extravagant affair coming soon!). From a 20’s fashion style celebratory dinner to a luau on the beach, there are endless ways you can select a theme that your guests can have fun with. A popular theme for couples or to highlight an achievement is to throw a black and white party…with the guest of honor showing up in a brightly colored outfit. If you’re throwing a surprise party, this can be a great way to make the guest of honor feel special in a subtle way. Need help with your theme? We’ve got you covered – just contact us below and we’ll help you out!
When you’re ready to throw a party your guests won’t be able to stop talking about, we’re here to help you. Talk to you soon!
