The Honor Ball is one of Arizona’s most elegant and anticipated black tie events. Each year the community gathers to raise funds for The Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center’s research endeavors, programs, and services. The fundraising has been an extreme success generating over 9 million dollars to date.
On February 5th 2011, 750 guests gathered in the 22,000 square foot Grand Ballroom at The Phoenician. Arizona’s premier AAA Five Diamond resort was an ideal setting for The Scottsdale Health Foundation’s 35th annual Honor Ball.
Guests enjoyed cocktails in the upstairs foyer as they swayed to the melodic sounds of Wayne Foster Entertainment’s cocktail musicians. They later moseyed their way down to the Grand Ballroom to feast on fine dining and dance the night away to the dynamic and energetic Wayne Foster Orchestra. The dance floor was filled from the moment the music started, only to clear for two brilliant production numbers! The guests were blown away by this unexpected performance and fun-filled night!
